Patrick McCallister, SR/WA, R/W-NAC, has over 30 years of experience in the survey and right of way industry.  Patrick is the Transportation Local Business Line Leader for WSP USA’s office in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Patrick attended Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana, majoring in architectural drafting.  He joined WSP USA in 2013 as the Right of Way Acquisition Manager to lead all right of way acquisition activities for WSP’s transportation projects.  He also provides right of way support to WSP offices throughout the country. This scholarship offers an impactful way to combine the RWIEF’s mission and values of past IRWA leaders. The goal of this program is to identify and support IRWA members who can be future IRWA leaders by funding their pursuit of IRWA credentials and professional development. One $2,500 scholarship toward IRWA education courses will be available to each of IRWA’s 68 Chapters within the 10 Regions. Matt McGee obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas State University in 2005. He became a Right of Way Agent for NuStar Energy, L.P. in March 2015 after working four years for Contract Land Staff on various projects in the South Texas Region.
