“Benjamin Franklin once said, ‘An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.’  With this thought in mind, the Right of Way International Education Foundation’s core philosophy is investment to ably assist the best interest of our profession.  The Foundation esteems education as illumination for the path forward.  We view our assistance in funding education that promotes understanding of the principles and practices of right of way, an endeavor that lasts a lifetime.  For Franklin also said, ‘Tell me and I forget; teach me and I remember.’ “
