Fred Easton, Jr., began his career at a young age running a survey rod for his Father’s mapping company performing surveys across the United States every summer and spent many summers setting control throughout the Rocky and Appalachian Mountain Ranges. Amanda Vande Voorde, SR/WA, is a CDBG-DR Project Manager with GrantWorks, overseeing URA compliance matters. Amanda has over 11 years’ experience in the right-of-way profession, and like many in the field, her experience spans several states and industries. Amanda has negotiated land rights for federal disaster buyouts, energy and utility projects, transportation and telecommunication projects, as well as municipal infrastructure projects including bridges, trails, and flood control. Callie Howard-Braddock, R/W-AC is a Vice President within CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services and the Right-of-Way specialty practice in Houston following more than 9 years of valuation experience throughout the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Callie has worked extensively with large scale right-of-way infrastructure projects which include the valuation of fee simple and easement estates for proposed and existing pipelines, proposed electrical transmission line projects, proposed roadway expansions and public utility lines. Matt McGee obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas State University in 2005. He became a Right of Way Agent for NuStar Energy, L.P. in March 2015 after working four years for Contract Land Staff on various projects in the South Texas Region. Now with Energy Transfer, his job responsibilities include assisting with capital projects and operations support for all existing pipeline in the Central Texas Region. Angel recently retired on September 1, 2024.  She was the Right of Way Manager for the Metropolitan Sewerage District, a regional public sewer authority in Asheville for 33 years.  She created the District’s right of way division in 1991, establishing policies and procedures for easement acquisition over 1,000 miles of sewer lines.  Working with area municipalities, she developed agreements allowing greenway uses over the District’s sewer easements.  Angel became a member of IRWA in 1991.  She served on Chapter 31 committees and in officer positions, becoming President in 2004.  From 2004-2009 she served as Region 6 Secretary/Treasurer, Vice Chair [...]

David W. Sinclair, SR/WA, is a Senior Project Manager for Paragon Partners Ltd. and is based in their office in Houston, TX. Prior to joining Paragon Partners, Mr. Sinclair was President of Steele Land Services, worked at ENGlobal for 11 years in various executive positions, and worked at Enron for more than 16 years serving as Director of Right of Way until January of 2001.
