Callie Howard-Braddock, R/W-AC is a Vice President within CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services and the Right-of-Way specialty practice in Houston following more than 9 years of valuation experience throughout the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Callie has worked extensively with large scale right-of-way infrastructure projects which include the valuation of fee simple and easement estates for proposed and existing pipelines, proposed electrical transmission line projects, proposed roadway expansions and public utility lines. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009 with a BS in Agricultural Science and also with a Master’s in Real Estate from Mays Business School in 2012.
Callie has been a member of the IRWA since approximately 2017 and actively involved in Chapter 8 – Gulf States Young Professionals since this time. She has served on the committee for the Young Professionals and also received the 2018 Young Professional of the Year for Chapter 8. Additionally, Callie has been the Region 2 Young Professional’s Co-Chair since 2019 and has been passionate about the Region 2 Summer Refresher’s Annual Young Professionals Networking Event where her team has increased attendance and sponsorships. She has continued to be involved with the International YP group and aided in the success of YP event at the 2021 International Education Conference in San Antonio and also in 2022 in Cleveland. Whilst being selected as the newest Right of Way International Education Foundation Young Professional Board of Trustee Member in June of 2022, she was also most recently awarded Region 2’s Young Professional of the year in August of 2022.
In addition to the IRWA, Callie is actively involved as a committee member for ROW CARES, which is the new non-profit organization that hosts the annual Dan Ewing Memorial Golf Tournament, in the Houston area. Outside of IRWA and life as an appraiser, Callie was recently married in November of 2021 and resides south of Houston with their two dogs enjoying time with her husband, family, and friends.
