Noelle Wysocki, SR/WA, is a Senior Real Estate Services Agent for HDR, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Wysocki has over 14 years of right of way acquisition and project management experience in the Energy Industry with both private and public entities. She has been an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) since 2016. Ms. Wysocki has been very active in serving the Denver Chapter of the IRWA and has held several committee and officer positions including Chapter President and International Director. Ms. Wysocki is a past Region 9, Young Professional Representative and has lead the Young Professional Group for the IRWA efforts as the International Young Professional Chair. Ms. Wysocki is currently serving as a Young Professional Trustee Member for the Right of Way International Education Foundation.
