Kelly Patton, Marketing Consultant, has provided marketing services to the right of way industry since 2015. Kelly creatively manages company marketing efforts to keep on the forefront of clients’ minds. She oversees conferences, events, social media, marketing activities, and coordinates and creates marketing materials to ensure her clients’ visibility. Despite being raised in the land of the Longhorns, Kelly found her collegiate home at Texas A&M University in College Station where she earned a BS in Agricultural Science in 2011.

Kelly started her career in right of way as the Regional Coordinator for Paragon Partners in Houston, TX and became a member of the IRWA in 2015. She joined Chapter 8’s Young Professional Group and quickly accepted the position of Social Media Chair. In 2017, she became Co-Chair of the group and held the Chair position until 2019. Kelly was an active member of the Chapter 8 Communications Committee where she created the newsletter that is dispersed today from 2019 – 2021. She also served on the Oil & Gas Symposium Committee in 2018 and the Region 2 College Station Young Professional Networking Event from 2015-2020. Kelly is currently serving as a Board Member for ROW Cares which holds the Dan Ewing Memorial Golf Tournament and as a Right of Way International Education Foundation Young Professional Board of Trustee Member.
