Charlie Nobles is the Chief Executive Officer of the International Right of Way Association in Gardena, California. Charlie Nobles brings over 20 years of both non-profit and for-profit senior management experience to IRWA, 17of which he spent growing membership-based associations. While serving as its executive director, he led the American Sailing Association to more than double both its revenue and its membership while overseeing dramatic improvements to its educational, marketing and customer service operations. Charlie is an active real estate investor and holds a California real estate broker license. He earned a physics degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Charlie lives with his wife and daughter in Newport Beach, CA.
